Whether you’re experiencing PTSD symptoms, intense anxiety or depression that interferes with your daily life, or are simply feeling unsatisfied with your current trajectory, Canopy can help. Maybe you keep finding yourself in the same negative thinking patterns, situations, and relationships and don’t know how to break the cycle. Through a combination of thought work, body work and coaching, you’ll learn why you get stuck and what to do about it.
